Hello, My name is Carol Guagenti;

My business as a decorative artist was established in 1994.

I believe that home is truly where the heart grows, where love and support is nurtured for you and your family.  Its color, decoration, and design is  essential food for the soul.

Below  you will find  a short list of some my work.

​

• Communicate with the client, designer, and/or the contractors to carry out vision for the project.

​

• Act as Liaison between painter, and/or contractor on behalf of the client to ensure that the prep work is done properly for the specifics of the job and to meet deadlines.

​

• Advise clients on selecting designs, color, and materials.

​

• Create and present a series of samples and estimated costs ensuring projects are completed within budget.

​

• Create and execute unique finishes including faux bois (wood graining), faux marble, Venetian plaster, Old World plasters, stone, color wash, frottage, glazes, and patinated finishes.

​

• Create customized fine art pieces for the home and commercial clients from abstract modern to classical styles.

​

• Restore antique damaged finishes, murals, furniture, and architectural details.

​

My staff includes professional  artists and painters each with at least over 25 years  of experience.  Together we create fresh new environments from large construction projects to lovely rooms and restorations of all kinds.

I have accepted commissions for fine art, book illustrations, antique restoration,  furniture make overs, and so much more.
